About Me.

I'm Sarah Julien-Bell, a native Ohioan and expert in health, interpersonal, and organizational communication. My expertise spans three pillars, research, education/training, and client relations.

 

My research skillset includes both qualitative and quantitative methods of inquiry. I have designed questionnaires, experiments, focus groups, interviews, content analysis, time series, and observational studies. It is my prerogative to choose the best method for the job, research questions, or purpose of the data collection.

 

As an educator and training expert, I take a needs-centered approach and follow the principles of adult learning theory. From inception to evaluation, I can design a training program that meets the goals of any client.

 

Finally, I have a decade worth of diverse client management experience. From customer service call centers to government officials, I strive to develop meaningful partnerships to get the work done.
