About Me.
I’m Sarah Julien‑Bell, a healthcare communication expert who studies how people interact, make decisions, and experience care across complex health environments. My work sits at the intersection of research, education and training, and client partnership, helping organizations translate evidence into clearer, more compassionate, and more effective communication practices.

My research spans qualitative and quantitative methods—including experiments, surveys, focus groups, interviews, content analysis, time‑series work, and observational studies. I choose methods strategically, tailoring each approach to the purpose, the questions at hand, and the realities of healthcare settings.

As an educator and training specialist, I design learning experiences rooted in adult learning theory and real‑world needs. From concept to evaluation, I build programs that help clinicians, teams, and organizations strengthen communication, improve patient experience, and navigate change with confidence.

I also bring a decade of client‑facing experience across sectors—from healthcare systems to government partners to community organizations. I’m committed to building relationships that are collaborative, transparent, and grounded in shared goals, ensuring that every project moves from insight to meaningful impact.
