I study how communication, design, and care environments shape people’s experiences across the healthcare spectrum—from neonatal intensive care units to global public health messaging. My work brings together real‑world observation, human‑centered design, and culturally responsive communication to improve how patients, families, and clinicians understand, connect, and care for one another.
