My philosophy is to meet every learner where they are and help them get to where they need to be. I use evaluative methodologies to help me gauge what individuals know. Then, I create a plan and set objectives to help the students acquire the knowledge, skills, and abilities they need to succeed in their education, work, and lives. I firmly believe that the number one responsibility of an instructor is to demonstrate the purpose of learning the presented content. Application activities and time to practice new skills in a controlled environment is crucial to the success of learners.
